Mobile Terms of Service

Welcome to Frontline Dermatology. These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern your use of our SMS/text messaging services. By opting in to receive text messages from Frontline Dermatology, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
1. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Frontline Dermatology, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your care and interactions with our practice.
Depending on your relationship with our practice, messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Appointment scheduling and rescheduling notifications
- Patient follow-up messages
- Prescription or medication-related notifications, when applicable
- Information regarding referrals, procedures, or care coordination
- Billing, payment, or account-related notifications
- Practice announcements and service-related communications
- Other administrative or patient-care communications
Message content and frequency may vary based on your interactions with our practice and the services you use.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, requests, interactions with our practice, and other applicable communications. You may receive multiple messages per month or more frequently when necessary for appointment or care-related communications.
3. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
Please note that opting out of SMS messages may prevent you from receiving certain appointment reminders, notifications, or other communications by text message. You may still receive non-SMS communications or communications that are necessary for your care or otherwise permitted by law.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and/or receiving text messages according to the terms of your wireless plan. Frontline Dermatology is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
6. Supported Carriers
SMS messaging availability may vary by mobile carrier and is subject to carrier coverage and service availability. Frontline Dermatology does not guarantee that messages will be delivered to every mobile device or through every carrier.
7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Frontline Dermatology is not responsible for transmission failures, delayed delivery, or messages that are not received due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including issues involving wireless carriers, mobile networks, devices, or other telecommunications services.
8. Privacy

9. Changes to These Terms
