My name is Rosa Nicosia, and I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who has specialized in Dermatology since 2011. I have many years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers, precancerous lesions, and multiple other skin disorders. I believe in building relationships with my patients through strong communication, and I am passionate about your individual concerns. 

In my free time, I enjoy camping, boating, snow skiing and traveling with family and friends. When I need some down time, I enjoy sewing and quilting.

Jenny Arauz, MA

My name is Jenny Arauz and I am a Certified Medical Assistant. I worked in a family practice office for 10 years before coming to work in dermatology with Rosa this year. I prioritize having open lines of communication with our patients and I am here to bridge the gap between the patient and the provider.

I enjoy spending time with my kids, traveling around the US and I love going to concerts. In my down time I like watching movies and reading books.

Beth Preston, ARNP

With over 20 years of experience serving the Newton community, I am a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a passion for dermatologic care through a holistic lens. My practice seamlessly blends family medicine and dermatology to offer comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions for patients of all ages—from infants to seniors.

I specialize in treating concerns such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer, among many others. In addition to medical dermatology, I provide cosmetic services including Botox® injections and dermal fillers, helping patients feel confident in their skin.



Outside of the clinic, I find joy in spending time with my grandchildren, getting lost in a good book, and tending to my garden.
